“The Serpent” began as a simple, relaxed sketch with no real pressure behind it, but it gradually evolved into a piece I truly came to adore. At the start, I was honestly intimidated and not very confident in my digital illustration skills, which made the process feel a bit uncertain. As I kept working and refining it, though, the piece started to come together in a way that surprised me. By the end, I was really happy with how it turned out, and even more so that it became part of a duo. It’s now one of my favorite sets I’ve created, not just because of the final result, but because of the growth and confidence I gained through making it.
